Paid user needs to install Real Player 10.5 version and if he/she is interested to view our TV9 Live programs in TVU Player then need to install latest version of TVU Player and Windows Media Player 11 version, should have enough bandwidth of 512kbps and IE7

  5. How much bandwidth do I need to have to view TV9Live/OnDemand
    • To view our TV9 Live programs through TVU-Minimum 512Kbps & recommended 1Mbps and through Real Player-Minimum 256Kbps & recommended 512 Kbps.

    • To view our OnDemand programs you need to have enough bandwidth of 512Kbps.

  6. Do I need to make any changes in the settings?

  15. LiveTV can viewed in either real player/TVU player. If it’s a first time, you are viewing our programs,please refer 1st and 2nd points to download.

  16. How do I change my credit card details? My credit card will be getting expired in this month.
  17. You need to cancel your subscription one week before of your renewal date and can subscribe once again the selected package by providing your new credit card details.

  18. Today I have registered in your website. After login, after selection of particular video, it is not playing the video. It is showing "X" symbol with square box.
    • If you don’t install either Real Player/TVU player, you can find the above error. Please try to install it by referring 1st and 2nd points for the mandatory settings to be installed.

    • If you still face the problem even after installing the mandatory settings, there might be plugins problem. Please reinstall it.

  19. I am unable to tune in Radio frequency even i try, and TV 9 is clear and audible. Please help me out.

    • The above difficulty arises when the password is incorrect, please try to login with Password forgot link.

    • Your account might not have been activated. Please activate the link which you might have received from info@snehatv.com after you have registered with us.

  24. How can I watch OnDemand programs? I created a free user name id and could not watch the programs?
  25. Being a free user, you can watch only the previews of OnDemand. You need to subscribe OnDemand package to view our OnDemand programs, you can find out an option “Subscribe” on our home page. Once if you click it, you need to complete the registration formalities by providing your credit card details.

  26. How can I watch OnDemand programs?
  27. Please select one of the channel/episode of OnDemand so that you can view it.

  28. Every time I start the live TV or ondemand program,i only get the promo but not the actual broadcast,why is that happening all the time even though i am a paid subscriber?

Once after you login with your user id, select “Live TV” and then select “TV9 Telugu(third option)” Sneha player which will be towards right hand side, to view Live TV programs through Real Player10.5 version. If you are interested to view TV9 Live in TVU Player then select “TV9-Telugu Free”(last option).

  49. We provide the facility to listen to the songs only.

  50. Not able to view your programs even after installing Real Player and TVU Player. Please help me out by solving this issue.
  51. Please check whether your firewall had been blocked for TVU and Real Player. You can find it from “Start”-Settings-Control Panel-Windows FireWall-Exceptions”. In this Exceptions tab find whether TVU and Real Player components are selected . You will be facing the mentioned problem only when both “TVU Player and Real Player” are blocked.

  52. May I know details of my subscription renewals?
  53. Renewal process is an automatic process which wont be done manually, we priorly inform to all our users one week before of their renewal date by sending reminder mails of their renewal to the email id which they had provided during the time of registration.
